How to return purchased products:

1. Returns of physical products (books)
   In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for a physical product within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving any reason.

2. To exercise the right of return, the product must not show any signs of use, the book must be intact and packed in the original protective foil, and it should be properly secured for transport.

3. To report a return, please send an e-mail to kontakt@zzzenglish.pl , providing your name, order number, name of the returned product and bank account number for the refund.

4. The return should be sent at your own expense to the following address: Magazyn ZZZ English Magdalena Łazowska, Zastawie 179, 23-450 Goraj.

5. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned product. We reserve the right to withhold refunds until we receive the product or provide proof of shipment.

6. Digital products (e-books)
   Pursuant to Article 38, Section 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, digital products, including e-books, are non-refundable after delivery. By purchasing a digital product, you consent to the commencement of service within 14 days of concluding the contract and acknowledge the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract after receiving access to the product.
